Less than two miles from Exit 4 of Interstate 91, the Copper Kettle Bed and Breakfast affords a quiet, relaxing atmosphere in a Vermont country setting. Close to Putney School, Landmark College, Basketville, Village Arts and other Putney landmarks, the Copper Kettle offers two comfortable rooms on the second floor of an old home. Each guest room has a private bath, wireless internet, heating, air conditioning and satellite television. A table for six seats all our guests in the Breakfast Room. Locally roasted organic, fair trade coffee will be served as well as regular or herbal tea. A native Vermonter, your hostess will help with directions and tips for driving in Vermont or New Hampshire.

House-made salad dressings, hand-cut fries, home-made desserts and food cooked to order no Sysco pre-made here. One of the older Putney structures with hand-hewn beams and tables cut from local trees give the winter months with the Jotul Stove blazing a cozy atmosphere. Summer dining is on the deck surrounded by Black Locust trees and lovely flower boxes a Vermont experience you won’t forget. Upstairs on one side of the loft a pool table area and seating with additional tables for parties up to 26 on the other side. A little over a mile from I-91 exit 4 on Rt. 5. Open Tuesday - Saturday at 4 with Dinner from 5 pm until 9pm. Closing depends so call but never before 10:30. Sunday serving food from 2pm until 8pm
